1. What StackMatch is
StackMatch is a buyer intelligence platform for enterprise AI tools. It provides an AI Advisor, a curated tool database, comparisons, reviews, pricing benchmarks, and related services (“Services”).
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information. You're responsible for account activity. If you work for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these terms.
3. Pricing
Buyers: Free forever, no feature gates.
Vendors: Subscription plans (Verified, Intelligence, Enterprise) with monthly or annual billing via Stripe. Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period.
API: Usage-based tiers. Rate limits enforced per plan.
Founding Vendor rates are locked for the subscription lifetime so long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
4. Acceptable use
Don't: scrape the database, reverse-engineer AI outputs, misrepresent vendor identities, submit fake reviews or pricing, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Do: submit honest reviews and pricing, share stacks with colleagues, use the API within your plan limits.
5. Content you submit
You grant StackMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, aggregate, and anonymize content you submit (reviews, pricing, stacks) for the purpose of operating the Services. You keep ownership of your content.
If you delete content, we remove it from the live product within 30 days; anonymized aggregate statistics may persist indefinitely.
6. AI Advisor disclaimer
The AI Advisor provides recommendations based on StackMatch's curated data. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always validate recommendations with your team and pilot tools before purchase.
7. No affiliate links
StackMatch does not receive affiliate commissions or paid placement. Vendor payments never influence rankings or AI recommendations. This is a structural commitment, not a marketing claim.
8. Warranties & liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackMatch's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if free).
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
11. Governing law
Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
